Discover the Healing Within
What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle, hands-on practice that harmonizes the body’s energy flow. By lightly placing the hands on specific points (called “safety energy locks”), it helps release tension, restore balance, and activate your body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
It is not a massage or manipulation, but a calming art of presence that dissolves stress and fatigue while guiding you back to balance and vitality.

Thank you for all the help and support. I wouldn't have made it this far if you hadn't shown me that I could.

A disciplined method
Your most common questions, answered simply. Discover how this gentle art supports balance, healing, and your journey to well-being.
JSJ helps reduce stress, ease tension, and restore emotional balance. It boosts vitality, supports the body’s natural healing, and complements other medical or holistic care. Many clients also report deeper sleep, improved clarity, and a stronger sense of presence.
It depends on your needs. For acute issues, more frequent sessions (daily or several per week) help rebalance quickly. For chronic concerns, regular sessions over a few weeks support deeper release. For maintenance, 1–2 sessions monthly are ideal, while daily self-care keeps your energy flowing.
Absolutely. JSJ prepares the body for meditation by calming the nervous system and releasing tension. You can also use JSJ holds as the focus of your meditation, or simply relax into a meditative state during a session. Together, they deepen balance and peace.
JSJ is very gentle and safe. Some people may experience temporary processing responses like fatigue, vivid dreams, or mild emotional release as the body rebalances. These usually pass within 24–48 hours. Always communicate with your practitioner, especially if you have recent injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions.
