Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, binding, and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Digital Products (Online Courses & Recorded Content)
By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree that access to the content is granted immediately upon payment. Accordingly, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or perceived lack of results.

2. One-on-One Sessions
All booked sessions are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled only if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend or late cancellations will result in full forfeiture of the session fee.

3. No Warranties or Guarantees
All services and programs are provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or improvements. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Any unauthorized chargeback may be subject to further action.

5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified duplicate transactions or billing errors, provided such claims are submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
